中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变者全血14种微量元素含量测定

Quantitative Determination of Blood Trace Elements in Central Serous Choroidoretinopathy

用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法对中心性浆液性脉络膜机网膜病变１２例，对照健康人组１３例全血微量元素测定，发现有一些微量元素明显升高或降低，其中铬（Ｃｒ）较健康人组升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），锰（Ｍｎ）较健康人组高（Ｐ＜０．０５），均有显著性差异；钛（Ｔｉ）较健康人组降低（Ｐ＜０．００２５）．进一步研究可能对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的发病原因、治疗等提供新的见解和有用的治疗方法．

Quantitative determination of blood trace elements in 12 cases of central serous choroidoretinopathy were studied with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).and 13 cases normal group as controls.The result showed that the concentration of some trace elements were lower and some of them were higher than normal.These findings are significant for further study of trace clements to detect the etiologic factors and treatment method of central serous choroidoretinopathy.
