摘要 本文采用单向琼脂扩散法、直接红细胞花环试验及微量NAG酶释放法对31例急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病患者外周血进行了免疫学研究。结果表明,该病患者血中IgG、IgM、C_3、C_4增高,总T细胞(Tt)、辅助性T细胞(Th)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、Th/Ts比值下降,而IgA、抑制性T细胞(Ts)正常,提示本病的发生与免疫病理损伤有关。 Blood immunology in 31 patients,who were suffering from delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP),were studied by simple agar diffusion , directive red blood cell rosette assay and NAG enzyme relase assay.The results showed that IgG,IgM,C,and C. were significantly higher, but Tt,Th,NK cell and Th/Ts ratio value were significantly lower in patients than in controls.There was no difference in IgA,Ts between the two groups.These results suggest that DEACMP was associated with the immunity dysfunction of the patients.
