摘要
主井煤仓采用反井钻机钻φ1.2m反井,再用钻爆法刷大到设计直径8.9m,用铁屑混凝土浇注仓帽、仓身,局部漏水进行壁后注浆堵漏,6个月完成净直径8m、高25m、容积1000t的主井煤仓施工任务。
Shaft-bottom was built between main shaft and auxiliary shaft at No. 3 Coal Mine, Shizuishan Coal Administration. The shaft-bottom coal bin is 8 m in dia. and 25 m in height and 1000 t in designed capacity. Coal from belt conveyor raise of central panel is loaded into shaft-bottom coal bin; 2 coal feeders located at bottom of shaft-bottom coal bin distribute coal to belt conveyor; belt conveyor transports coal into loading bin where coal is then loaded into skip. Shaft-bottom coal bin consists of bin hat, bin body, lower collar set and lower chamber. Bin hat, which is form of semi-dome, is supported by double layer reinforced concrete. Constructure procedure of bin hat is as followingS; driving central pilot shaft by short section method; side expanding; shotcreting for temperarilly supporting; concreting for permanently supporting. Construction procedure of bin body is as followingS: drilling pilot hole of φ244 mm from bottom to top by raising boring machine; expanding diameter until diameter of hole is up to 1m; lastly expanding hole diameter to designed diameter of 9 m by drilling and blasting method. When drilling and blasting, 150 blasting holes were drilled and 75 kg explosive were charged into 150 blasting holes. Refuse was transported through lm draw raise. Concrete concrete with iron fillings; install collar beam; and collar set; concrete and fit coal distributor. The shaft-bottom coal bin was built within the period of 6 months. After putting into operation, water leakage occured in drivage chamber and bin body, so that we adopted grouting to block up water.
