摘要
分析了铰接顶梁布置形式和π型钢长梁支护形式,及其对机道上方顶板管理的影响,指出π型钢长梁支护克服了铰接顶梁的缺点,能够保证合适的梁端距;采煤机中部进刀有利于顶板管理;并对机道宽度、空顶距、机身宽度、无立柱空间宽度等基本概念进行了讨论。
In high rank mechanized coal faces, there are three kinds of articulated beams with length of 800, 1000 or 1200 mm. Based on the location of the articulated beam contacted with the prop supports, there are four kinds of arrangements for support setting up. The different arrangements, the type of coal shearer and other factors have a direct effect on the roof support above AFC. A recent development of support with steel type long beam has overcome the disadvantages of the articulated beam. The development is suitable to the cutting depth variation of the coal shearer and allow a free steping forward of beam which will have a proper beam end distance. It is good to select a narrow body coal shearer for the roof control. For the roof control, a cutting depth should be selected in comsideration of the stability of the direct roof, floor and coal body, cutting resistance of coal body, rated power of the coal shearer, mining method and other factors. In this paper, a space width for AFC placement, an unsupported roof distance, a width of coal shearer, a space distance between propes and other basic conceptions are discussed.
