加味四君子汤对脾虚大鼠脏器的组织学及超微结构的影响

The effect of Jiaweisijunzi decoction on histological and ultrastructuralchanges of several organ in Pi-deficiency syndrome rats

用应激过劳和饥饱法经过较长时间造成大鼠脾虚证模型。我们观察到脾庆大鼠的胃、肠、胸腺、脾脏、肝脏、肾上腺、心脏、卵巢等均发生明显的组织学改变；心、肠、胸腺等的超微结构也发生显著变化。加味四君子汤对上述各脏器的改变均有明显的恢复作用。

he Pi-deficiency model in rats was established by the method of over-fatiguc. over-hunger and overeating for along period. In these rats, we observed marked changes of both histologic of stomach . intestine. thymus. spleen. liver.adrenalgland. heart. ovary and ultrastructure of heart. intestine. thymus. etc. Jiaweisijunzi decoction can acceleratethe recovery of above changes.
