摘要
吴茱萸能明显升高麻醉大鼠和狗血压，增强离体蟾蜍心肌收缩力和增加心输出量，增强在体兔心心肌收缩力和麻醉犬心功能，减少离体蟾蜍和大鼠后肢血管灌流量，增加麻醉犬后肢血管阻力，改善正常家兔球结膜微循环。初步分析，吴。茱萸的心血管药理作用与兴奋肾上腺素能受体有关。
AbstractThe experiments we have carried out showed that Gegen extraet. given to C57BL/6 mice po or to rabbits iv. couldprime serum TNF production triggered with OK432 or LPS. and the correlation coefficient between serum TNF activitiesinduced by Gegen-LPS and tumor weights of ECS-bearing mice treated with these sera was estimated to be- 0. 659. Itwas also proved that Gegen extract could enhance phagocytosis of macrophages in mice. which is profitable to antitumor action of Gegen.
