摘要
实验结果表明，胃乐优对大鼠因应激、幽门结扎、无水乙醇及消炎痛等所致胃粘膜损伤均有明显的保护作用。对醋酸性胃粘膜损伤有促进愈合作用。减少胃酸分泌和抑制胃蛋白酶活性可能与其抑制胃粘膜损伤有关。此外，对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。
hen WeiLeYou was administrated orally to rats. it was found that the drug could protect gastric mu-cosal from lesions induced by irritability. pyloroligation . absolute ethanol and indomethacin as well. In addition. it could promote healing of gastric mucosal lesion induced by acetic acid. It was revealed that the drugcould inhibit gastric acid secretion and pepsin activity. and these actions might be related to its anti-ulcer activity. It decreased obviously times of writhing responses induced by acetic acid in mice, indicating it hasanalgesic action.
