摘要
以乌头碱、蝎毒和氯化钡诱发大鼠离珠心脏乳头肌收缩节律失常，当灌流液中来复汤浓度达２～４×１０－２ｇ／ｍｌ时，能明显提高离休心脏乳头肌对乌头碱致节律失常的阈剂量。在迅速逆转上述三种造型剂诱发的乳头肌收缩节律失常的同时，尚可显著增加乳头肌收缩力，这一结果提示了来复汤临床用于治疗心衰时合并心律失常的可能性。
he perfusion experiment of isolated rat heart papillary muscles was used to study the effect of Laifu decoction oncontractile arrhythmias induced by aconitine. scorpion venom or barium chloride.The results showed that the concentration of Laifu decoction at 2￣4 10-2g/ml in Perfusate could raise significantly a threshold dosage of aconitinecausing arrhythmic contraction of papillary muscles. When arrhythmias induced by above stated three agents had beenrapidly reversed. contraction force of papillary muscles was apparently increased. This suggested that therapeutic useof Laifu decoction may be in treatment of arrhythmia complicated by cardiac failure.
