热毒平的抗内毒素作用研究

Studies on Antiendotoxin Effect of REDUCING .A novel Endotoxin Antagonist

热毒平是通过临床和实验研究筛选，遴选出来的治疗高热内毒素血症新药。本研究表明其在体外试验中防止内毒素所致堂血细胞溶解物凝胶化的最低抗毒浓度为３８ｕｇ／ｍｌ，２、４ｇ／ｋｇ灌服对内毒素攻击所致正常或放线菌素Ｄ、半乳糖胺敏化小鼠的死亡有显著的保护作用，此外，热毒平还有一定抗菌、抗病毒作用。上述作用为热毒平治疗内毒素性疾病提供了部分药效学基础。

n the present study the antiendotoxin effect of REDUPING. a novel endotoxin antagonist made from chinese traditional herbal drugs was determined by use of the limulus-amebocyte-lysate test in vitro and nomal or sensitive micein vivo. The results showed that the minium detoxifying concentraction of REDUPING to endotoxin in vitro was 36Iug/ml. At dose of 2g/kg. 4g/kg. REDUPING could significantly decrease the death rate of nomal or sensitive mice withActinomycin D or D-Gal induced by injection of endotoxin. REDUPING also has antibacterial and antivirus activitiesin vitro.
