摘要
四妙勇安汤对四氯化碳、强的松龙引起的血清谷丙转氨酶升高均有明显的降低作用，对四氯化碳损害和正常小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间明显缩短，对扑热息痛引起的小鼠死亡具有非常显著的保护作用。
imiaoyongan Tang was found to be effective in lowering the elevated SGPT induced by CCl4 and prednisolone(PRED). It was shown to shorten sodium pentobarbital sleeping time in both normal and CCl4-intoxicated mice. In addition, Simiaoyongan Tang could significantly block depletion of GSH in damaged liver induced by acetaminophen(AAP).
