摘要
小鼠皮下注射人参茎叶皂甙(GSL)50mg/kg,连续4天,可明显对抗创伤小鼠淋巴细胞白介素2(IL-2)mRNA、IL-2受体(IL-2R)mRNA、IL-2、IL-2R水平的受抑状态,并降低创伤小鼠血清、巨噬细胞、TS细胞对正常淋巴细胞IL-2mRNA、IL-2RmRNA的抑制作用。0.1~100 g/ml的GSL在体外可升高创伤小鼠淋巴细胞IL-2mRNA及L-2RmRNA水平,表明GSL可增强创伤后IL-2R及IL-2R的基因转录表达。
ubcutaneous administration of ginsenoside of stem and leaf (GSL) at dosage of 50mg/kg 4d, could resist the suppression of lymphocyte interleukin 2 (IL-2) mRNA, IL-2 receptor (IL-2R) mRNA, IL-2, IL-2R levels significantlyintraumatized mice, also reduce the suppressive effects of serum, macrophages, Ts cells from traumatized mice on lymphocyte IL--2 mRNA and IL-2R mRNA of normal. GSL ranging from 0. 1 to 100 g/ml could elevate lymphocyte IL2 mRNA and IL-2R mRNA levels in traumatized mice. It is suggested that GSL can enhance IL-2 and IL-2R genetranscription expression after trauma.
