摘要
３Ｈ－ＱＮＢ放射配基结合实验表明，老龄大鼠心肌Ｍ胆碱受体密度低于青年大鼠。在大鼠进入老龄时开始长期喂服知母水煎剂，能制止这种降低，使心肌Ｍ受体较长时期维持接近青年的水平。竟争抑制实验表明，大鼠心肌Ｍ受体８５％以上是Ｍ２亚型，提示知母能上调Ｍ２亚型。
H-QNB radioligand binding assay revealed that the density of heart M-cholinoceptors was lower in old rats thanin young rats. Such a decrease of heart M-cholinoceptors could be prevented by chronic oral administration of waterextract of Zhimu (Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge), starting from the early stage of aging. Competitive binding assay showed that more than 85% of the M-cholinergic receptors belonged to M2 subtype, suggesting that Zhimu is ableto up-regulate the density of this subtype.
