以鼠脑凝血活素为促凝剂，复制小鼠体内血栓模型以观察三七的作用，结果表明，口服三七粉具有抗体内血栓形成的作用，并能抑制由此所引起的口鼻出血。大剂量（５．６ｇ／ｋｇ）作用强于小剂量（１．４ｇ／ｋｇ）。
