Analysis on Performance Stability of Boom Type Roadheaders

由于横、纵轴式掘进机工作时切割头旋转轴线不同,给齿尖的瞬间速度、切割头受力带来差异,导致了两种掘进机工作时有不同的稳定性,通过理论分析得出横轴式掘进机更适合于半煤岩掘进。

When the horizntal or vertical shaft type hoom roadheader in operation, due to the differences of rotary shaft line on the cutting head, it will bring difference in the instant speed of bit tip and the stress of cutting head which cause different stability to the two type roadheaders in operation. After the theoretical analysis, the results shown that the horizntal shaft type hoom roadheader is more suitable to semi coal and rock heading.
