帕金森病血浆和脑脊液中AVP RIA的临床意义

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF PLASMA AND CSF AVP-RIA IN PARKINSON'S DISEASE

本文应用放射免疫分析法观察了40例帕金森病(PD)患者血浆和脑脊液(CSF)中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化。结果表明,PD患者CSF中AVP含量显著低于正常水平,且PD临床病情重者CSF中AVP含量明显低于病情轻者;而PD患者血浆AVP含量与对照组比较无明显差异。提示中枢AVP的不足与PD的发生密切相关,且CSF中AVP的水平可以一定程度地反应PD脑部病变进展的情况。

The contents of arginine vasopressin(AVP) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and pla-sma were determined by radioimmunoassay in 40 patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). The results showed that CSF AVP contents in the patients with PD were significantly decreased,however, the changes of plasma AVP contents were not significant as compared with that of control and CSF AVP contents were higher in the severe cases of PD than in the mild ones. These suggested that deficiency of AVP contents was related with PD, and the changes of CSF AVP could reflect the progression cerebral lesion in PD.
