小切口重睑术效果分析

Analyse of short-incision for double eyelid anaplasty

目的:探讨小切口重睑术的临床效果。方法:分别在双上睑内外1/3处分别设计2mm的切口,去除眶隔脂肪及眼轮匝肌,缝合小切口形成重睑。结果:临床行小切口重睑术210例,获得了理想效果。结论:本术式操作简单,损伤小,恢复快,切实可行。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of short-incision eyelid plasty. Methods To design incisions of 2mm on medial 1/3 and 2/3 area of upper eyelid, resecting orbital fat and orbicular muscle of eye for double eyelid plasty. Results 210 cases have been performed using double-eyelid surgery of short-incision. All of them get a good result. Conclusion The operation is very convenient. Its damage is little. It′s easy to recover. New embedding can improve more stable and lasting fixing of double fold.
