摘要
目的:通过扫描电镜观察,比较研究自行研制的自酸蚀处理剂A1、A2、B1、B2与现有商品自酸蚀处理剂Contax、SEBond处理牙釉质、牙本质的超微结构差异。方法:12颗人磨牙制得牙釉质、牙本质试件各24片,分别随机分为6组(n=4)。不同种类自酸蚀处理剂A1、A2、B1、B2、Contax、SEBond分别进行处理后,扫描电镜观察。结果:B组对牙釉质、牙本质均有较强脱矿能力,与Contax组较为接近。A组对牙齿表面的脱矿能力相对较弱,与SEBond组较为接近。结论:自行研制的自酸蚀处理剂A1、A2、B1、B2对牙釉质、牙本质有不同程度的酸蚀刻作用,基本达到了牙齿表面处理的目的。
Objective To compare the ultrastructure of enamel and dentin treated with experimental self-etching primers A1?A2?B1?B2 with production Contax and SE Bond by SEM. Methods 24 Enamel and 24 dentin specimens obtained from 12 extracted human molars were randomly classified into six groups respectively (n=4).The specimens were treated with different self-etching primers A1?A2?B1?B2?Contax and SE Bond, then examined by SEM. Results Group B has more aggressive effects on both enamel and dentin, which is more similar with Contax. Group A is less aggressive, which is more similar with SE Bond. Conclusion The experimental self-etching primers A1?A2?B1?B2 have different degree of etching effects on both enamel and dentin, they can reach the purpose of tooth surface-treated basically.
