摘要
为了提高护理人员对骨科手术病人并发下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的认识 ,加强对骨科高危人群的预防和护理 ,降低DVT和肺栓塞(PE)的发生率。回顾性分析了骨科病人并发下肢DVT的发病原因、高危因素 ,重点综述了DVT的预防和护理进展。
in order to enhance the cognition of nursing staffs that patients underwent orthopaedics surgery may possibly complicated with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities, to strengthen both the prevention and nursing care of high risk group in orthopaedics department and to reduce the occurrence of DVT and pulmonary embolism (PE), this article analyzed both the etiopathogenisis and high risk factors of DVT of lower extremities of patients. It mainly explained both the prophylaxis and nursing progress of DVT.
