摘要 起重机传动机构通常按稳速运动状态作静态强度设计。实际上机构在起制动阶段是处于非稳速状态,各元件的内力随时间变化。本文通过对机构刚体动力模型的动态分析,列出了以矩阵表示的单元体计算模式。针对不同机构,组集各单元体计算模式就能建立元件的运动微分方程。求解方程即可获得各元件瞬时内力和加速度。 Static strength design of a crane mechanism is usually carried out with consideration of its uniform speed operation, actually the mechanism is working with a varying speed during its start and retardation, so the inner forces of its parts continuously varying with time. This paper gives the calculation models of elements expressed in matrices through the dynamic analysis of rigid dynamic models of crane mechanisms. For different mechanism, motion differential equations can be obtained as a result of accumulating the calculation models of different elements. The solution of the equations gives the instantaneous inner forces and accelerations of the parts.
