支气管哮喘分型与β_2-肾上腺素能受体基因多态性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)16、27位点基因多态性与支气管哮喘分型的关系。方法 采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应(AS-PCR)方法,分析40例外源性、34例内源性哮喘患者的β2-AR基因多态性。结果 内、外源性哮喘组β2-AR基因16位点基因型频率分别为:Arg/Arg17.7%、17.5%,Arg/Gly 52.9%、42.5%,Gly/Gly 29.4%、40.0%,两组比较差异无显著性。27位点基因型频率分别为:Gln/Gln 11.7%、52.5%,Gln/Glu 70.6%、37.5%,Glu/Glu 17.7%、10.0%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论 β2-AR基因27位点多态性与支气管哮喘分型相关联,16位点多态性与支气管哮喘分型无关联。 Objective To analyze the association between β2-adrenergic receptor(AR)genetic polymorphism and asthmatic classificatioa Methods PCR techniques were used to determine 16、27 loci al-leles of β2-AR genetic polymorphisms in 40 patients with extrinsic asthma and 34 patients with intrinsic asthma. Results The frequency of genotypeβ2-AR 16 loci: Arg/Arg genotype accounts for 17. 7%, Arg/Gly 52. 9% and Gly/Gly 42. 5% and Gly/Gly 40. 0% respectively in extrinsic asthma. There was no significant difference in both groups. The frequency of genotypeβ2-AR 27 locus: Gln/Gln genotype accounts for 11. 7%, Gln/Glu 79. 6% and Glu/Glu 17. 7% in intrinsic asthma; Gln/Gln genotype accounts for 52. 5%, Gln/Glu 37. 5% and Glu/Glu 10. 0% respectively in extrinsic asthma There were significant difference in both groups. Conclusion β2-AR 27 locus genetic polymorphism is correlated with classification of asthma.
