可吸收螺钉在踝部骨折中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 踝部骨折是创伤骨科中常见的骨折之一,为关节内骨折,治疗需要精确的解剖复位和坚强的内固定,以确保关节早期活动,促进关节功能的恢复.以往采用金属内固定材料,需二次手术取出内固定物,并发症较多.采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗,对关节周围组织及关节本身损伤小,免除了再次手术损伤,并发症少,疗效可靠.我科自2000年3月至2004年4月采用可吸收螺钉治疗踝部骨折83例,取得满意疗效,现将获得随访的65例报告如下.
