摘要 通过立井复合材料罐道的室内模拟试验,指出这种罐道的耐磨损性能可与钢材相媲美,并与自身的耐腐蚀寿命相匹配,其寿命可达30a以上。 The compound material shaft guide is a solidified product modelled with normal steel and resinfiber and a closed assembled shaft guide. According to the strength and rigidity required to bear a max. horizontal force by the guide, the guide should be made of thick steel plate and square steel by welding or made of rolled square steel. After the grinding, press, rust clean , and resin material layer, it can have an abrasion proof layer.
