The compound material shaft guide is a solidified product modelled with normal steel and resinfiber and a closed assembled shaft guide. According to the strength and rigidity required to bear a max. horizontal force by the guide, the guide should be made of thick steel plate and square steel by welding or made of rolled square steel. After the grinding, press, rust clean , and resin material layer, it can have an abrasion proof layer.
