健脑清心汤治疗血管性痴呆50例总结

A Summary on 50 Cases of Vascular Dementia Treated by Jiannao Qingxin Decoction

目的 :观察健脑清心汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 :随机将血管性痴呆患者 90例分为治疗组 5 0例和对照组 4 0例 ,治疗组予以中药健脑清心汤口服 ,对照组予以西药都可喜口服 ,观察两组综合疗效、血液流变学变化情况及有无不良反应。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 80 0 % ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血液流变学指标较治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且未发现明显毒副反应。结论

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on vascular dementia treated by Jiannao Qingxin decoction. Method:90 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided to 50 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group, patients in the treatment group were treated by Jiannao Qingxin decoction orally and patients in the control group were treated by Duxil orally. The composite effects, blood rheology and side effects were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 80%,there were significant differences as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of blood rheology improved clearly as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05 or (P<0.01), the serious side effects were not defected. Conclusion: Jiannao Qingxin decoction was a safe preparation for vascular dementia.
