Effects of cross-contamination on automated analysis of serum triglycerides

目的:了解自动生化仪测定中,交叉污染对血清甘油三酯测定的影响。方法:使用日立7600-010自动生化分析仪,先测1次已设置的所有项目,在每一个项目测试后连续测3次无机磷,以确定对无机磷交叉污染的项目。结果:胆汁酸、肌酸激酶MB型同工酶等试剂对无机磷测定结果有明显的影响。结论:自动生化分析仪测定血清甘油三酯存在项目间的交叉污染,有必要调整项目的通道以避免交叉污染。

Objective To determine the effects of cross-contamination on the automated analysis results of serum Triglycerides.Method After each test that set up at Model7600-010automatic analyzer was detected once,Triglycerides test was continuously de-tected3times,to find out the tests that creating cross-contamination on the results of Triglycerides.Results The reagents of TBA and CK-MB significantly affected the results of Triglycerides.Conclusion It is necessary to change tests channel to prevent the effects of cross-contamination on automatic detecting of Triglycerides.
