摘要
本文介绍CW-1型变性PVA浆料的研制方法,产品质量指标与性能分析,证明该产品易溶解、流动性好、不结皮,保持了原来1799PVA浆膜伸长大、强力好的优点。该产品用于实际生产可节约能源,降低断经,提高织机效率,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper experimentally analyses the properties of CW-I modified PVA size, which proves not only keeping the superiorities of 1799 PVA size as film strength, but also having the characters of nice dissolvability and fluidity and agglomerate,less, and which also proves very efficient in the reduction of warp breakage and energy saving.
