细菌性肝脓肿的磁共振影像分析

MRI analysis of bacteria hepatic abscess

目的:探讨细菌性肝脓肿的磁共振影像特征。方法:对9例病人14处病灶进行影像分析。结果:细菌性肝脓肿的MRI特征主要为增强后出现:①“靶征”或“三环征”;②病灶内出现“网格征”;③强化时间长,至延迟期;④可产生囊内气液平面。结论:磁共振平扫及动态增强扫描对诊断细菌性肝脓肿具有较高特异性。

Objective Exploring the MRI features of Bacteria hepatic abscess.Method The features of 14focuses of 9cases are analysed.Results The main MRI features of bacteria hepatic abscess showing after contrasting.①'target sian'or 'three rings sign'②'grid sign'in focuses of infection.③the long time of contrasting to the delay time.④the plane of gas-liquid in cyst.Conclusion The com-mon and contrasting scaning of MRI have higher distinctive in dignosis of bacteria hepatic abscess.
