中国厚煤层综采技术现状和发展方向

PRESENT STATUS OF FULLY MECHANIZED MINING OF THICK SEAM AND TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA

根据地质、采矿条件和设备制造水平采取自行研制和国外合作相结合的方法1986年中国采煤综合机械化实现了国产设备系列化和标准化。目前,中国拥有■造采■压支架、刮板输送机、胶带输送机、供电和通讯控制制造■所以及■国家试验检测中心。中国大于3.5 m的厚煤层储量丰富,厚煤层综采装备与开采工艺已逐步完善,近年来,在分层、一次采全高和放顶煤综合机械化装备以及开采工艺方面突破了一系列技术难题,取得了显著的技术经济效果。

Serialization and stand ardization of home made face systems for fully mechanized coal mining was completed in 1986 in accordance with Chinese geological and mining conditions,as well as manufacturing capability,and by combining domestic R&D with international cooperation.At present,a number of special manufacturing plants of shearer,powered supports,AFC,belt conveyor,power supply,communication and controls,research institutes and test centres have been established in China.China has abundant coal reserves in seams greater than 3.5m in thickness.The face equipment and technology for fully mechanized mining are improved continuously.In the recently years the difficult techniques for slicing, and for full-seam cutting,and for sub-level caving have been solved,and remarkable techno-economic results have been obtained.
