中国露天采煤工艺的发展方向

TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT ON SURFACE COAL MINING TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA

本文基于我国露天煤矿的地质特征,全面分析了我国露天采煤工艺的技术现状及其存在的问题。在综合评述各种连续式露天采矿机(简称CSM)及选型讨论的基础上,论证了机身前端滚筒式CSM用于我国露天采煤的可行性与必然性,并研究了其开采程序,讨论了其开采参数的计算和确定原则。研究结果表明,采用国内设计研制的CLG型CSM开采缓斜和近水平复合厚煤层在技术上是可行的,经济效果是显著的,是我国露天采煤工艺的重要发展方向。

The state of art and existing problems of surface coal mining technology are described by taking into full consideration of the geological conditions in China. After an all-round evaluation of various types of continuous surface miners(CSM for short)and principles for selection of equipment,the authors have proved the feasibility and inevitability of introducing CSM with a front cutting drum into Chinese surface coal mines.The authors have studied the mining procedure and mining parameters,and come to the following conclusion,it is feasible in technology and profitable in cconomy to use CLG type continuous surface miner developed at home for flat and gently inclined thick seam in surface coal mines in China.
