摘要
液压支架选型及参数设计是影响综采高产高效的关键之一。根据全国70个综采工作面的现场测试资料及50多位专家的经验,建造了液压支架架型、结构及工作阻力合理选择专家系统(ZJES)。本文概述ZJES的知识库结构,知识表达方式及推理机制。应用表明,ZJES可靠性高、实用性强,是实现支架智能CAD的有效途径。
Selection of optimal type and design parameters of powered support is one of the important aspects in establishing a high production and high efficiency face.An expert system,ZJES,for selection of type,structure and working resistance of powered support is established based on in-situ measured data obtained in 70 fully mechanized faces in China and experience of more than 50 experts.This paper outlines the construction of knowledge bank,representation of knowledge and inference mechanism.Practical application has shown that ZJES is very reliable and feasible.It is an effective approach for achieving an intelligent CAD system for support.
