摘要
近年来在非线性科学领域迅速发展起来的混沌理论及分形几何学,给处理诸如岩石破碎这类貌似无规现象以新的启示。本文将截割力信号视为某一确定性的非线性耗散动力系统中的一个分量,应用时间延迟方法重建相空间,反演系统动态,描绘出破碎强度奇怪吸引子的低维相型。通过各维拓展相空间中的标度变换数值实验,探明奇怪吸引子为一分形集,其相关维数可以作为岩石破碎机理变化的灵敏度量。最后,就高压水射流与机械刀具结合破岩中水楔作用的识别问题,用相关维数进行了讨论。
Chaos theory and fractals geometry developed rapidly in non-linear science in the recent years have brought about new inspiration to analysis of such irregular phenomena as rock cutting.In this paper,a cutting force is regarded as a component of a determinate,nonlinear and dissipative dynamic system.By using the time delay method,the phase space is reconstructed,and the low dimension phase pattern of breaking strength strange attractor is plotted.Numerical computation results obtained by scale transformation in expansion phase space show that the strange attractor is a fractal's set,and its correlated dimension is a sensitive measure to the change of rock cutting mechanism.Finally,the wedge effect of high pressure jet to assist rock cutting is also discussed by using corelated dimension.
