摘要
文章分析了现有芰架常采取'先降后移再初撑'的工作方式,对Ⅰ类不稳定和破碎顶板导致顶板控制的恶化。若能采用带压移架控制技术,就能改善支架对这类顶板控制效果。文章着重对不同架型支架在不同的地质条件下,如何合理地确定带压移架时支架和立柱所应保持的残余支撑阻力的方法;提出了支架带压移架控制系统和控制阀设计中应注意满足的技术要求;对带压移架控制阀中的保压阀、补液阀的设计计算方法均进行了详细的论述。最后还简要地介绍了作者新研制成功的 DYF-d/D 型带压移架控制阀系统、工作原理和工业性试验所取得的效果。
The routine procedure of moving support,namely 'lower-advancereset' will bring about serious problems in control of the 1st class unstable and fragile roof.If contact advance can be adopted,the roof control can be improved. The paper concentrates on the method for determining the residual resistance of the support and legs under different geological conditions for different types of supports, when contact advance is applied.The technical specifications of control system and control valve for contact advance were suggested.The calculation of holding valve and compensation valve in the design are described in details.Finally,the author depicts briefly the working principles,and results of commercial test of newly developed DYF-d/D system for contact advance of support.
