采煤机械化经济效益分析

ECONOMIC BENEFIT ANALYSIS OF FULLY MECHANIZED MINING

本文论述了必须以经济效益为标准对各种采煤机械化进行评价,分析了以投资回收期和保本产量来评价综采经济效益的缺陷,提出了通过计算各种方案的长期成本来进行多方案比较的系统评价方法,并分别提出产量相同和相异时长期成本的计算方法,最后作者以等长期成本线为基础建立起适用于各矿的综采经济可行域,以利于各矿进行技术选择。

The paper describes a criterion for evaluation of economic benefits of fully mechanized mining.The disadvantages of using payback period and break-even output as a criterion for evaluation are analyzed.A systematic method for calculation of long-term costs of different proposals are presented.The methods for calculating the long-term costs of proposals with the same or different production output are also given.Finally the author defines economically feasible zone for fully mechanized mining for different mines to select equipment based on the long-term cost.
