发展煤炭工业实用高新技术的探讨

STUDY ON PRACTICAL ADVANCE-NEW TECHNOLOGY IN DEVELOPING COAL INDUSTRY

发展煤炭工业的高新技术必须以近代相关学科最新科学成就为基础，结合煤炭生产、建设、资源综合利用和深加工进行再开发。近期的主攻方向应选择机电一体化技术，信息技术，电力电子技术，矿用新材料，煤的深度加工和综合利用新技术和自动化技术。重点是实现两个改造（传统技术装备和企业管理手段）。文中提出必须建立适合高新技术发展的新的运行机制。新机制的主要特征应是竞争、风险、效益和效率。

The article proposes that developing advance-new technology in coal industry must be not only based on the latest scientific achievements of modern interrelated subjects, but also combined with coal production, coal construction, resource utilization and deep processing of coal in order to proceed redevelopment. The main direction of attack in the near future should choose technology of machinery -electricity integration, technology of information, technology of power and electronics, new materials for mines, new technology of deep coal processing and utilization, and technology of automation. The key point is to realize two reforms (conventional technology and equipment and means for enterprise management). The article puts forward that a new mechanism of movement suitable to development of advance-new technology must be established. The principal features of the new mechanism should be competition, risks, benefits and efficiency. A discussion on development strategy of advance-new technology is also made in this article.
