摘要
本文用粘弹塑性流变理论分析煤砖在无底模具中成砖的变形现象和规律,并依此理论建立描述煤砖在模具中压力分布规律的数学模型,该数学模型可用计算机进行数值求解。用实验得出的煤砖压制特性参数代入数学模型,求得压力分布规律,把它与实验测得的压力分布作了对比,证明了所建数学模型是正确的;又与原苏联应用的数学模型相比较,本文建立的数学模型较其完整准确。此数学模型已应用于冲压模具结构设计中,通过冷压试验证明。
The theory of visco-elastic rheology was used to analyze deformation and regularity of briquetting in die. Based on which, a mathematic model was established to describ pressure distribution in die. Numeric solution can be obtained by using computer with this model. The characteristic parameters obtained in the test were then substituted in the mathematic model to obtain the pressure distribution. The solution of the model show coincidence with the measured data. The model when compared with the one established by scholars in ex-Soviet Union was proved to be more complete and more precise. This model was applied in structural design of the die. And the cold press proved that the design of die is adequate.
