千米立井井壁应力分析及设计问题探讨 被引量:5

摘要 从新汶矿务局孙村煤矿千米立井的地压监测结果中,选择地压最大的井筒危险截面,将所测到的地压最终值拟合成切向坐标的函数,并按富氏级数展开,作为该截面井壁外边界上的径向正应力,外边界上的剪应力的由静力平衡条件求出。然后,通过井壁应力分析求出危险点的应力,将此应力代入安全条件,求得不同混凝土强度等级下的井壁安全厚度。为了便于应用又提出了直接由实测地压值计算井壁厚度的简便公式。 Based on measurement of ground pressure in 1000 m deep shaft in Suncun Colliery, Xinwen Bureau, the critical cross-section of shaft where rock pressure is maximum is selected. The ultimate rock pressure measured is fitted into a tangential coordinate function which is developed according to Fourier series, as a radial normal stress on the outer boundary of the shaft cross-section. And the shear stress on the outer boundary is obtained by static equilibrium conditions. Then the stress at the critical point is obtained by shaftwall stress analysis. The stress is substituted in safety conditions to obtain the safe thickness of the shaft wall at different grade of concrete. For ease of application a simplified formula for calculation of shaftwall thickness directly from rock pressure is put forward. And the errors due to simplification are discussed and corrected. The thickness of shaftwall and selection of strength of concrete in design of shaft wall are also discussed. The formula and conclusions can be used as reference in the design of deep shaft wall structure in Xinwen area, or in other areas where geological conditions are similar.
