摘要
本文介绍了MFT合成汽油过程开发中的“工业单管模试”结果,通过三种单管规格、两种原料气,对熔铁、沉淀铁两类型催化剂进行了压力、温度、空速、H_2/CO、循环比(R)等工艺参数的全面考察,获得了较佳的工艺操作条件和换热方式,为“中试”放大提供了依据。
The results of model testing with three industrial size single-tube reactors with two kinds of feed gases were discribed. The influences of pressure, temperature, space velocity, H_2/CO ratio and recycle ratio on the reaction over both fused and precipitated iron catalysts were investigated. Operation conditions and heat exchanging means have been obtained, which would provide a basis for further scale-up.
