彩色多普勒经阴道超声早期诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

Early Clinical Value of Transvergina Ultrasound Diagnosis in Ectopic Pregancy

目的 :探讨彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)在经阴道超声 (tvs)早期诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法 :分析我院行CDFI阴道超声检查并经手术、病理证实的异位妊娠 77例。结果 :77例中 4 5例在附件区包块内探及彩色血流信号 ,30例包块内及周边均可见彩色血流信号 ,其中 8例胚囊内探及心搏血流信号。 3例误诊。结论 :CDFI经阴道超声对早期诊断异位妊娠有其独特的优势 ,可发现较早期未破裂的小异位妊娠包块。在诊断异位妊娠中具有临床价值。但也存在局限性 ,经阴道和经腹超声联用 ,为临床提供更有价值的诊断依据。

Objective:To explore the clinical early value of transvagina color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in ectopic pregnancy.Method:The data of 77 cases with ectopic pregnancy to be identified by surgery operation and pathology after color Doppler ultrasound examination were reviewed.Result: 45 of 77 cases showed the color blood signal in adnexal mass and mass and around in 30 cases had the color blood signal.Conclusion: Transvagina color ultrasound is a better way of early diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy, especially in small mass of ectopic pregnancy.
