摘要
目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)对大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成的影响。方法 :Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分成生理盐水组、肝素组、b FGF组 (又分 b FGF1 组、b FGF2 组、b FGF3组 ) ,每组 10只。于大鼠的股静脉分别注射生理盐水 (10 m l/kg)、肝素钠 (12 0 0 U /kg)以及 b FGF大、中、小剂量组分别为 80 0 0 0、4 0 0 0 0、1U /kg,给药后 5min,于动脉内插管下方进行电激 ,直至血压曲线的消失 ,记录电激开始至压力曲线消失的时间 ,即血栓堵塞时间。结果 :肝素组和 b FGF组与生理盐水组比较 ,平均堵塞时间延长 (P <0 .0 1) ;肝素组与各 b FGF组之间比较 ,肝素的平均堵塞时间明显较长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :b FGF可以延长大鼠动脉血栓形成的时间 ,并呈现一定的量效关系。
Objective:To explore influence of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on thrombosis in rat common carotid .Methods:50 wistar rats were divided randomly into saline, heparin sodium and (1 200 U/kg)and bFGF groups, doses of bFGF 1, bFGF 2 and bFGF 3 were 80 000、40 000、1 U/kg. respectively (n=10).At 5 min after the drugs were given by femoral veins, electric stimulation below inside-putting tubes of artery was carried out, and recorded the time between starting of electric stimulation and the disappearance of blood pressure curve (namely the blood clot occluding time, BCOT).Result:Compared with Saline group, BCOT heparin and bFGF groups were extended (P<0.01).And BCOT of the heparin group was the longest(P<0.01). Conclusion:bFGF can prolong the time of rat thrombosis of artery with dose-dependent manner.
