本龙门焊机是为焊制几十米长的大型箱式结构件而研制的弧焊设备。可焊工件最大截面为宽3m,高2.5m。龙门焊机有活动横梁,可进行拼板焊接。焊机采用双侧驱动,机架行走速度波动率低于2%,焊机有两个焊接机头,分别用于气电焊和埋弧焊。气体保护焊时可进行CO_2及80%Ar+20%CO_2的富氩混合气体保护焊,还可在30%Ar+70%CO_2的条件下进行无飞溅的射流过渡焊接。机头配备有接触式两维自动跟踪系统,跟踪精度在0.3mm以内。

This gantry type welding machine is an arc welding equipment developed for welding large box type construction of tens meters long. The maximum section of work piece to be welded can be 3m wide by 2.5m high. With a movable horizontal beam, the gantry welding machine can make splicing joint welding. The welding machine has drives on both sides. The fluctuation of travelling speed of machine frame is below 2%. The welding machine has two welding heads used for gas or electric welding and submerged arc welding respectively. For gas protected welding, mixed gas of 80O% Ar+20% CO_2 rich argonium mixture can be used. Non-spray efflux transit welding can be carried out under the presence of 30% Ar+70% CO_2. A tactile 2-D automatic tracing system is equipped at the welding head. The tracing precision is within 0.3mm.
