摘要
1 病例报告 患儿男，2岁。因烧伤后创面未愈10天、发热8天入院。伤后在当地诊所换药，抗炎治疗，效果不佳后来我院。诊断：双下肢烫伤TBSA10％．Ⅲ度。查体：体温为弛张热，最高为40℃，肺、心、腹未见异常。创面为Ⅲ度创面，分布在左下肢右足背，以左下肢为重，创面涂布软膏(药名不详)，除去包扎敷料，见创面污秽、凹陷．
