神经导航在经蝶显微切除侵袭性鞍区肿瘤手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的 评价神经导航技术在经蝶显微切除侵袭性鞍区肿瘤手术中的应用价值。 方法 在 18例经蝶手术中 ,应用Stealstation神经导航系统指导手术 ,明确手术方向、肿瘤边界、肿瘤切除程度。术后均通过MRI验证肿瘤切除率。 结果  18例肿瘤中 ,全切除或次全切除 14例 ,大部分切除 4例 ,均无严重术后并发症。 结论 应用神经导航技术能扩大经蝶显微手术适应证 ,提高侵袭性鞍区肿瘤的切除率 ,减少手术并发症。 Objective To assess the utility that neuronavigation plays in assisting transsphenoidal resection of invasive sellar tumors Methods Eighteen patients with invasive sellar tumors underwent neuronavigator guided transsphenoidal approach microsurgery Postoperative contrasted MRI was used to identify the resection rate of these patients Results Total or subtotal tumor removal was achieved in 14 patients There was no severe complications or death Conclusion With neuronavigation transsphenoidal approach can be applied in resecting invasive sellar tumors Incease the resection rate,and decrease the surgical complications [Key words] Neuronavigation; Brain tumor; Sellar; Microsurgical operation
