中枢神经细胞瘤的显微外科手术治疗探讨

Microneurosurgery for central neurocytomas

目的 报道中枢神经细胞瘤的显微外科手术和放射治疗的效果,探讨最佳的治疗方法。 方法 回顾分析1999年1月～2004年1月收治5例中枢神经细胞瘤的临床资料并对显微外科手术和放射治疗的疗效进行比较。 结果 临床治疗5例中,显微手术全切除2例,1例治愈,随访5年患者生活自理,肿瘤无复发,1例死亡。显微外科手术次全切除加放射治疗3例,存活3例,恢复工作,随访肿瘤无复发。 结论 显微外科手术适合中枢神经细胞瘤的治疗,放射治疗可提高次全切除的临床疗效。

Objective To find the perfect way to treat central neurocytoma and report their clinical outcomes with microneurosurgery or radiotherapy Methods Respective analysis of 5 cases of central neurocytomas and compare the outcomes of microneurosurgery or/and the radiotherapy cases in our hospital between January 1999 to January 2004 Results Among 5 cases,the total removal was achieved in 2 cases. One of them with no tumor survivor with self care in follow up 5 years,the other one died postoperatively,and the other 3 of them with subtotal removal followed the radiotherapy,back to the prior job with no tumor recurrence in the following up period Conclusion The microneurosurgical removal is a perfect way to treat the central neurocytoma,and postoperative radiotherapy may improve the clinical outcome of the subtotal removal cases [Key words] Central neurocytoma; Microneurosurgery; Radiotherapy
