肾错构瘤的CT诊断分级与临床表现

CT classification of renal angiomyolipoma and clinical value

目的探讨不同CT表现的肾错构瘤的诊断及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的31例肾错构瘤的CT表现及其临床资料。其中男14例,女17例,平均年龄49.5岁;全部病例均作平扫及增强CT扫描。结果全部病例CT表现均同时发现肌肉、血管和脂肪3种成分,肌肉成分的多少与肿瘤的大小成正比,肿瘤的大小与生长部位与其临床症状有一定联系。结论肾错构瘤CT可为I-Ⅳ级,CT分级对临床治疗有一定意义。

Objective Different CT features of 31 renal angiomyolipoma were discussed in order to evaluate its clinical value. Methods CT scanning of renal angiomyolipoma was reviewed in 31 cases proved by the surgical and pathological findings. 14 patients were male and 17 were female, with the mean age of 49.5 ages. Plain and enhancement CT scanning was undergone in each patient. Results All CT scanning could usually reveal the fat, vessel and smooth muscle components of angiomyolipoma, and the bigger the tumor is the more the component of smooth muscle at the inner of the tumor. The size and location of the tumor is something related with its clinical features. Conclusions CT features of angiomyolipoma can be classificated intoⅠ-Ⅳdegrees, and this classification is helpful in clinical treatment.
