血管内皮生长因子-C及其受体3mRNA在肺癌及癌旁组织中的表达与临床意义

Clinicopathological significance of vascular endothelial growth factor C and its receptor flt-4 in non-small-cell lung cancer

目的 研究肺癌组织 (T)及癌旁组织 (PT )中血管内皮生长因子 C(VEGF C)及其受体 3 (flt 4)mRNA的表达情况 ,分析其在淋巴转移中的作用。方法 采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应(RT PCR)方法分析 3 6例新鲜肺癌组织及癌旁组织标本中VEGF C/flt 4mRNA的表达情况 ,并统计分析其与各临床病理特点之间的关系。结果 癌旁组织中VEGF CmRNA表达与flt 4mRNA的表达呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。肺癌组织中VEGF C (+ )而在肿瘤或 /和癌旁组织中出现flt 4(COMVEGF C) (+ )与淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 1)及临床病理分期 (P <0 .0 1)呈明显正相关。结论 COMVEGF C在肿瘤淋巴转移中起重要作用 ,是一个反映患者淋巴转移的良好指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and its receptor flt-4 in human non-small-cell lung cancer tissue and their paratumour tissues in pursuit of their role in lymph node metastasis and other clinical significance.Methods Thirty-six fresh non-small-cell lung cancer tissue and their paratumour tissue were examined by RT-PCR to detect the VEGF-C/flt-4 mRNA expression.Results There was a significant relationship between VEGF-C mRNA and flt-4 mRNA expression in paratumour tissue.COMVEGF-C expression was significantly associated with the grade of tumor pathology (P< 0.01) and lymph node metastasis (P< 0.01).Conclusion COMVEGF-C may play an important role in the lymph node metastasis and could be a useful biological marker to foresee the lymph node metastasis.
