霍乱弧菌噬菌体VP4受体成分的分析 被引量:3

摘要 侵袭细菌的噬菌体可以被该菌株的细胞壁提取物所抑制,既细菌的提取物与噬菌体颗粒混合培育后,如果噬菌体与有受体活性的细菌提取物发生不可逆作用,就不能再感染细菌.本项研究选育鞭毛发育良好的霍乱弧菌菌株,利用有鞭毛的细菌在含有0.1%石炭酸琼脂培养基上培养可以失去鞭毛的特性,选育鞭毛发育不良的菌株.提取上述两种菌株的脂多糖和外膜蛋白,并分别与噬菌体VP4钝化作用.通过噬斑计数测定,比较钝化作用的差异,分析VP4的受体成分.
