摘要 目的 探讨环氧合酶 2 (cyclooxygenase 2 ,COX 2 )蛋白在胃癌组织、正常胃黏膜组织以及胃溃疡组织中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法 (SP法 )检测 3 6例胃癌组织及其癌旁正常胃黏膜组织以及 12例胃溃疡组织中COX 2蛋白的表达。结果 胃癌组织中COX 2蛋白的表达水平显著高于癌旁正常胃黏膜及胃溃疡组织 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中COX 2蛋白的表达水平高于无淋巴结转移者 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Ⅲ +Ⅳ期胃癌组织的COX 2蛋白的阳性表达水平明显高于Ⅰ +Ⅱ期 ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 COX 2蛋白的过表达参与了胃癌的演进。 Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein in gastric cancer and to explain the relation between COX-2 expression and clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used with the polyclonal antibody to COX-2 protein. The expression of COX-2 in 36 cancerous tissues and adjacent non-cancerous mucosa, and 12 gastric ulcers were examined.Results The expression of COX-2 protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than in normal mucosa (P<0.01).Significantly higher expression of COX-2 protein was also observed in patients with lymph node involvement than in those without (P<0.05). The stage grouping in the UICC TNM classification significantly correlated with COX-2 overexpression, the expression of COX-2 protein in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages were significantly higher than in Ⅰand Ⅱ stages(P<0.05).Conclusions Overexpression of COX-2 gene in gastric carcinoma was associated with carcinogenesis and tumor progression.
