心康泰胶囊中人参皂苷Re的定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Ginsenoside Re in Xinkangtai Capsule

目的 :用薄层扫描法对心康泰胶囊中人参皂苷Re进行定量分析。方法 :双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,λs=5 2 5nm ,λr=70 0nm。狭峰宽度 1 2 5mm× 1 2 5mm ,线性化器SX =3。结果 :人参皂苷Re标准曲线线性范围0 98～ 4 90 μg (r=0 9993)。平均回收率 97 7% (n =5 )。结论 :该法灵敏准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。

Objective: To determine ginsenoside Re in Xinkangtai capsule by TLCS. Method: Dual wavelength reflection zigzag scanning was performed: λS=525nm, λR=700nm, slit width 1.25mm×1.25mm, linear parameter: SX=3. Result: The standard curve for ginsenoside Re was linear in the range 0.98～4.90μg(r=0.9993). The average recovery is 97.7%(n=5). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
