摘要 通过J18.2tex和J36.4tex棉精梳转杯纱的纺纱试验以及与18.2tex和36.4tex棉普梳转杯纱的对比分析,得出了用低级原棉开发细号精梳转杯纱无论在工艺技术上还是在经济效益上都是可行的结论,指出我国大型转杯纺车间或工厂可以采用精梳和普梳分流的技术路线,以摆脱目前的困难。本文还分析了用低级原棉纺制的精梳转杯纱质量较好的原因,讨论了J18.2tex转杯纱最优纺纱工艺的原则。 Through the experiments on 18. 2 and 36. 4tex combed cotton rotor yarn and the comparisonwith same tex carded rotor yarns, the paper advances the conclusion that the spinning of combedrotor yarn with low grade cotton is technically and economically possible. It is also pointed outthat partial combing-partial carding syatem is a practical and technical strategy in large-scale ro-tor spinning mills of the nation to extricate from present difficulties. The reasons that the combedrotor yarn from low grade cotton are of high quality and the principles of finest spinning techniqueare further discussed in detail.
