Tertiary peritonitis: clinical features ,diagnosis and treatment

摘要 第三腹膜炎不同于原发性腹膜炎和继发性腹膜炎 ,常发生于危重以及免疫功能受损的外科患者 ,是一种复杂的医院内感染。作者就第三腹膜炎的发生机制、临床表现。 Tertiary peritonitis is manifested by immunodeficiency and serious diseases which is different with secondary and primary peritonitis. It is a complex nosocomial infection in surgical patients. The pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of tertiary peritonitis is reviewed.
