摘要
为满足国内港口散粮储运系统的需要,大型水平埋刮板输送机已研制成功,于1985年底在湛江港投入使用至今,已安全运行3年多,无故障。它采用液力偶合器、可拆式刮板链条、气动卸料闸门以及多弹簧缓冲的螺旋张紧装置等新技术、新结构。它的输送能力(600t/h)、运行速度(0.8m/s)和机长(56m)属目前国内同类机型的领先水平。
A long horizontal en-masse conveyor has been developed to meet the demand of domestic ports in grain storage and handling system. Being put into operation at Zanjiang port at the end of 1985, the conveyor has been running successfully for more than 3 years without any trouble. New technology and new construction, such as hydraulic coupling, dismountable scraper chain, pneumatic discharge gate valve and screw tensioning device with multi-spring buffer are used. The conveying capacity (600t/h), speed (0.8m/s) and length (56m) of the machine are at the top level for this kind of conveyor within the country.
